It is a producer and purveyor of amazing, vibrantly flavored, and acclaimed award-winning olive oils, the finest specialty foods, luxury bath and body products, vinegars, spices, and more. The super sweet and nice staff are absolutely amazing, sharing knowledge patiently with a smile. Visitors are welcomed for a free olive oil tasting to test the really good oils and vinegars, which are perhaps some of the best in the world. It is definitely worth a visit.

Amazing little shop in Paso Robles! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried all their EVOO and we were blown away by the different flavor profiles of each varietal. We ended up buying an award winning Tuscany varietal because we couldn’t get enough of the peppery aftertaste!
