“Dana has so far groomed two of my dogs and they have come back looking fantastic. As a pet owner that has two pets that came from very traumatic experiences with past groomers and terrible living conditions she took them in and treated them like her own. I have recommended her to every doodle owner I know and plan to take my Carolina dog to her twice a year for a deshed. Both times I have gone in for pickup/drop off she has been working on other dogs talking to them and loving on them. I feel very comfortable leaving my pups with her. And I HIGHLY recommend her. I haven’t been into The Pet Department for years but after being recommended by a friend I definitely have been in multiple times in the last few weeks.”

“We had a great experience thanks to Jermar, the store manager. We were looking for single servings of Cesar dog food, but the only option available on the shelves was the 24-pack variety box. When we asked about singles, he didn’t just brush us off—he actually checked, realized there were none out, and went the extra mile by opening a box so he could sell individual servings for $1 each.
That level of customer service really stood out. He genuinely cared about helping us and making sure we left satisfied. Because of that, we’ll definitely be coming back.

“Took our German shepherd here for a self service bath. It was a great experience, well worth the $20. You also get a 15% discount day of if you need to buy pet treats, chews and flea and tick prevention. The team was super knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on different types of enrichment tools.”
