“This review is long overdue but we got our conure, Baby, from here and she’s the best. You could tell how well she had been taken care of at The Pet Department by how friendly and hand tamed she was. She instantly integrated into our family. We have 4 parrots from various places and circumstances but she’s my absolute favorite (don’t tell the others). Would recommend getting a bird from here as everyone on the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.”

“We had a great experience thanks to Jermar, the store manager. We were looking for single servings of Cesar dog food, but the only option available on the shelves was the 24-pack variety box. When we asked about singles, he didn’t just brush us off—he actually checked, realized there were none out, and went the extra mile by opening a box so he could sell individual servings for $1 each.
That level of customer service really stood out. He genuinely cared about helping us and making sure we left satisfied. Because of that, we’ll definitely be coming back.

“Great store. The staff is very friendly, super knowledgeable about their products, and they have high-quality brands for reasonable prices! We specifically buy our cat food here because of the dietary restrictions our cat has, and because of the loyalty the brand has to never change the ingredients.”
