I WAS RIPPED OFF! I will never shop here again. I felt very ill with the flu and went to Rite Aid because was the closest to my house. They charged $30.99 for a bottle Coricidan High Blood Pressure cold medicine. I looked online and Target charges $10.99 FOR THE SAME THING. How greedy can a retailer be? BEWARE, do not shop here.

I would like to compliment Jessica in the pharmacy for her outstanding customer service. Being sick I had shortness of breath walking from the entrance to the back so I decided to sit down before going to the counter. She noticed and offered to come to me for my information to get my meds. When your by yourself those acts of kindness is very much appreciated. Bravo for our future young people.

Hankering for ice cream led us to our go-to Thrifty's. Ginormous scoops in a cup: pistachio and coconut. No need for fancy schmancy non-cow milk varieties? Save money and enjoy your cold treat here! EG eats

So, this rite aide is not the classiest. It definitely looks worse for wear. Good news was the pharmacy was quick in filing a script. They also had thrifty ice cream. Sadly, they were out of black cherry. I wanted to buy a glass bottle of Mexican coke. But, they didn't have a bottle opener!

The pharmacist today was extremely rude. My husband was released from the hospital this morning and the doctors told us his pain meds would be ready. They weren't ready (which I understand) and the pharmacist told me that "the hospitals know nothing." The cashier helping me mentioned she (the pharmacist) was working on the Rx right then in which the pharmacist told her I was last in line and needed my husbands ID anyways. I had his ID and showed and her she rolled her eyes. They told me they'd text me as soon as it was ready and 4.5 hours later I come back and it had been ready yet no one contacted me. He was supposed to take these meds 2 hours ago. It's hard watching a loved one suffer and someone who is in healthcare be so uncaring and insensitive. I'll never go back there after today. Rite Aid needs to do better.

It is just ok! I do have to say they are more stocked then the other pharmacy stores in town but I have been a reward member for years and I have never gotton any kind of rewards certificates or nothing not even coupons from them So i stopped shopping there and took my business to our other local pharmacy where I do get lots of rewards dollars off and coupons . Rite aid needs to improve their rewards programs before i will shop their again

Rite Aid is the best. Just a reliable typical pharmacy. But not exactly the cleanest institution but whatever, it has good ice cream for a good price.

I've only ever purchased food or drinks, never seen the pharmacy side of this store. As far as everything else goes the store is fine. But I can't speak for the pharmacy.

If it were possible to give negative stars i would most definitely! I started by getting the run around between the Creston pharmacy and the one on Spring St. as I had moved and was moving my RX's to the pharmacy on Creston. I called my Dr. since Rite Aid on Spring St. couldn't be bothered. I requested my son's Dr. to please change my son's RX to the Creston location. I waited about 4 days and went in today to pick up my son's medicine which he is now out of. I was told by the pharmacy supervisor that she put the prescription on hold because she thought the Dr.'s office made a mistake and that she sent 2 messages to the Spring St location but never got a response from them. Now, I know for a fact that my phone number is in that computer and yet not one pharmacy staff member picked up the phone and called me. I put my number in every time I refill a prescription "in case the pharmacy staff needs to contact you please provide your phone number". And to top off the sub-par customer service the pharmacist spoke to me like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoes. I was told it would take them 20 minutes to fill a prescription that they had in their system for a week! This will be the first and last time I use this pharmacy. This type of customer service is so below acceptable.
