Ross is VERY Hit or Miss but that's one of the things I love about it. Sometimes I find ZERO and sometimes I score BIG TIME! And the low prices! Our local Ross in Capitola is clean and well organized and maintained. I've never had a problem there.

The prices are good for the clothes, but you KNOW beforehand that they are already going out of fashion in other stores.
