This store habitually hires people that don’t know what they’re talking about or who aren’t even qualified to be discussing how to’s and products. They have a high employee turnover rate as well. I went in today, after picking up an online order yesterday. I let the girl at the register know that I didn’t receive one of the items I paid for. Another girl, I’m assuming the manager, immediately took over and after looking up my order just kept saying “I’ll have to talk to the girls. I don’t see it scanned here.” She told me that they might not have had it in stock. I told her I was still charged the full price, and I paid online…she tried to tell me that I needed to go home and bring back the receipt that was stapled to the bag. Not one employee communicated properly here. If you don’t have something in stock that someone’s already paid for, maybe try telling them that. Or if you had to refund the item, tell them that. The manager handled this very poorly and didn’t act like she cared at all that I didn’t get my product or my money back. I told her thank you, but I wasn’t going to do all of that over a pair of gloves. Ridiculous.

I was referred to Sally's by my Manicurist. I was looking for a particular clear nail polish that I had never heard of before. Protects and hardens nails. I was warmly greeted when I came in and asked if she could help me find something. The other two women in the store had never heard of this product. The woman who greeted me when I came in said she knew exactly what it was and found it for me. I would not have found it without her help. As I was purchasing the product, we had a very nice conversation. She was so pleasant. I would definitely go back to this business just to interact with this nice woman again. Thank you for such great Customer Service.

My favorite powder bleach (wella color charm) was out of stock, one that I used multiple times on my hair without even a single split end.They recommended the Generic kind to me, and assured me MULTIPLE TIMES that it was the exact same thing.Well, after one use my ends are completely fried (used on virgin hair, I cut all my hair off since I last bleached it). Come to find out it’s generic for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BRAND.Do not trust their advice.

Sally's used to be a very reputable brand. It's gone down hill so much. I just went in to return a hair dryer which was unopened and unused that I purchased two days ago because I found a better priced one somewhere else. On the website and back of the receipt it clearly states you have 60 days to return no hassle. Well I went in and they told me that due to the holidays they don't do returns until February 1st. Well that's not stated ANYWHERE not even in store. The girl's attitude about it made it even worse. I can honestly see now why so many locations have gone out of business. After I make this return Sally's will be black listed for my money and time.

Recommend avoiding this business at all costs! They don't tell you when you make a purchase that in order to return something you have to create an account with your name and phone number. Ridiculous. No thank you.

Sally's staff, particularly Ashley and Sandra, are tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. Sandra answered my neophyte questions with patience and confidence. I touched up my roots and the job looked just as good as an expensive salon. Thank you for not judging me nor my desire to save money and do it myself.

Why oh why do you open at 10am. Sally Beauty has been trying to get more professionals in the door with new products etc but doesn’t open til 10am when salons have already opened and close before we can come in. Why??

Horrible customer service. Very rude and would not help by calling other stores for a product needed to complete my expensive purchase from Sallys. Called several times over 3 week period & NO ONE shows any care about product they are out of THAT I NEED. Worst customer Service ever experienced.

One of the best Sally's store that I have been to! Customer service was A-1 and they were very knowledgeable. Associates were very informative & the manager was very polite and assisting. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to stop at this store even if it's for something small!

I picked out some products that were clearly marked, when they were rang up the price was considerable higher, I asked the clerk about the price increase and she said the item was in the wrong place but she didn't move the product or change the price tag. My total seemed higher than expected so I checked the other items and my receipt showed another item that was charged higher than the price tag in front of the item. I went back in the store and asked for the number of the owner of the store. The clerk went into the back of the store and never came back. It appears that this store is trying to cheat people with false pricing. If it was just one item it could of been a simple mistake but with multiple items makes it seemed deliberate..
