My wife and I have stated getting our routine vaccinations at this pharmacy because they treat us very well and get things done without delay. As seniors and my wife is is disabled with MS, we get treated very well and we appreciate that. I just got off the phone and it as also a good experience. My doctors office said I needed a flu shot and I thought we have gotten them already. The phone was picked up quickly and she checked both my wife and I and I was mistaken so now we will get a flu shot.

Always seem to try their best (sometimes go beyond); only issues: the doctor's failure to respond; waiting in lines (or customers not aware of lines).

I found the staff to be courteous and professional in the process of receiving my vaccine. I came as a walk-in and was taken right away with no wait. Of course it was flu vaccine and not the Covid.

Absolutely horrible service. They don't answer the phone nor do they call you about a prescription when the staff told you they would call you. Never going back again.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I just picked up a prescription and I was told I couldn't use good rx. Now what pharmacy does this. I love this pharmacy normally but when money is tight and I have a spouse not working, good rx comes in handy. To say I have to pay 27 dollars and not the 13 dollars from good rx is not good business.

This is the Save-on Pharmacy within Albertsons Grocery Store. One of the other reviews is reviewing the grocery part which is another separate Yelp listing I've been getting prescriptions here for about 6 years & they take most insurance They close for lunch because the pharmacist leaves so it's closed about 12 to 130 pm but I don't remember if this is actually the correct time but there are notices posted You can also get COVID vaccines, I got 2 vaccines yesterday Shingles and Pneumonia. The nurse usually gives vaccines but she was off for the weekend so the pharmacist had to do it The first one for shingles really hurt when she jabbed it in & she had trouble with my arm bleeding a lot The right arm got the Pneumonia vaccine next and it didn't hurt this time she was more gentle A few months ago I got my 3rd Moderna there with the nurse & that went well I haven't had any experience with rude staff mentioned by other reviewers I recommend the pharmacy

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for the past 18 months. The majority of the time the customer service has been good, although at times very slow in having to wait in line due to lack of staffing. However, yesterday a new employee by the name of Gladys was horrible !!! I had received multiple texts my medication was ready and after standing in line for over 25 minutes ill to be waited on she told me the prescription was not there and she could find nothing on it. She offered at no time an apology or any way to help me. Today I called and the pharmacist found the prescription and told me it had been restocked because it is not been picked up on a timely basis. Ok my fault, but why did this employee Gladys not look in the computer and see that instead of looking at me like I was an idiot and offering no empathy or concern at ALL !! I will be taking this to upper management because this is uncalled for, these employees need to recognize they are dealing with people who are ill and be a little bit more helpful. Gladys needs some customer training to say the least.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The MANAGER (big, heavy set guy) was inexplicably rude to me when I (being a visitor to the town and never having been to the store before) asked where to find a grocery cart, he smirked and simply pointed to a few sitting several yards away. When I kind of laughed it off and explained that I was unfamiliar with the layout, he looked over at a coworker with whom he'd been chatting, rolled his eyes and said "whatever". Once in the store I had to ask a stock person where to find a certain item (again, new to the store and now wanting to get the shopping done,) she actually looked at me and walked away. I thought maybe she was going to show me where the item was, but she walked back into the storeroom. Silly me, I waited a few minutes before realizing she wasn't coming back. (Probably standing in the back room laughing at me...)Finally got the few items I needed and decided to use self check in the interest of time. By now I was so annoyed and exasperated that I just wanted to be out of there. When I attempted to run a bottle of wine over the scanner, the woman overseeing the Self Check line came running over, all but flapping her arms and screeching about how alcohol can't be scanned at the Self check. Bellowing about how it's "against the law!". I'm from North Carolina and we can scan beer and wine at the grocery checkout, so I had no idea. How embarrassing...a damn sign would have been helpful...We were staying at a very nice Airb&b in town, but we did not return there for groceries during the duration of our visit.Most people we encountered in Morro Bay area were great, but the crew at Albertson's - Wow! not at all!I

I am never going back. I have been going here for years, but yesterday was the last straw. I knew they were slow, so I made sure my Dr. knew that the prescription needed to be sent over early. They told me it was already called in. Needless to say when I got there (after mouth surgery & needing pain meds), they said they didn't have it. Someone decided they should check the voicemails. After the pharmacist sat on the phone for 10+ minutes taking notes, low & behold they found my prescriptions! However, they were going to lunch & my prescriptions will be ready for pick up in 2 hours! Obviously, they don't have enough help.... but where is the customer care/service?? I sat in the parking lot for 2 hours with a throbbing mouth. Never. Again.
