It was fun and pretty. With the amount of money they’re pulling on they should make it much bigger and more amazing.

Amazing experience! So beautiful. Open only Thursday- Sunday evenings. Live music. Food, drinks to purchase. Fire pits. I’d say at least an hour to walk around the exhibits approx. dress warm at night!

VIP Entry total waste of money. Nice seating with firepits. But the display was static, drink choice you receive was limited to cheap and beer and food was cheese and crackers with a few grapes. After 30 minutes we were done so $240 fir 2 people was way overpriced. Nice display, but completely static. No lighting changes or show to make it more appealing.

Maybe just read the fine print that I might have missed, or just assumed that we would be provided what a 120 dollars per person for the terrace experience would be.I saw Sensario when it first opened and like most, loved and appreciated it. When my parents said they were coming to visit, the first thing I booked for us was Sensario. It had been years since I was there, and was delighted to see they were now offering luxury option tickets for tables with heat lamps, fire pits, food and drinks with a view of the lights away from the crowds. It sounded like it would accommodate my disabled step father and let my elderly mother finally lrelax and enjoy herself.Instead what we got for 120 dollars per person, was zero help to a table in nearly pitch black surroundings with a wheelchair on uneven ground. We got to the table and realized there was no table service. Instead in the pricey Terrace section all you getis a not so obvious airstream behind you that you have to walk up to that doesn't sell the drinks provided on the menu.Instead you get one free drink not per ticket mind you but for the tickets purchaser only. This drink however was only a wine or beer option. We were confused and asked if the menu we were provided via purchase email was incorrect as it stated all drinks and food were part of the terrace ticket prices. The very nice bartender at the airstream bar told us that if you want the food and the cocktails on the menu, you need to exit the terraced section, back down the dark path we came from, back through the entrance main area and go to a barn. The barn is where you order all other drinks and food. This is where the food trucks are as well. After you order from these multiple places, you then carry your large food and drink order through the main common area, through the dark paths past the "security " ( who should instead perform as ushers) into the high priced area you paid for. Then you squint to find your table and family who should be enjoying your company, but rather are waiting for you to serve them their food and drinks..in the dark. The tables are nothing. Just tables set in front of fire pits that diminsh your view of the lights which is a lot of what you pay for.And for such a beautiful Friday night, barely anybody was there. So I have no idea what I paid for. The bathrooms down by the main common area are just as nice as the ones in the terrace area. The fire pit tables in front of the stage are just as nice if not nicer than the terrace ones and they're closer to the food too.I am all for spending money on the arts, on the staff, on maintenance cost etc. What I'm not for, is paying Sensario management to be their hospitality and wait staff for an evening.Large portions of the lights were burnt out, and many bulbs weren't replaced on individual lights. The lights overall seemed dimmer as a whole than when the installation first came out. Many things are still right with Sensario. The staff is lovely from start to finish. The food is great and impressive for this kind of venue where usually you expect lackluster food. The communication is wonderful, and the house keeping of the toilets and grounds( except the installation lights) is top notch.Sensario can be magical again, but some things need to change or it will not last as a special part of the community that we can show off to friends and family, and enjoy more consistently without such high costs with little value.

Truly stunning immersive experience. Got there in time to enjoy the taco truck dinner & live music. The real magic begins at dusk as the walkways come alive with undulating colors carpeting the hillsides, dotted with spectacular old oak trees which silhoutte the night sky. We were fortunate to experience an almost full moon rise over the wonderous light garden. Thank you Sensorio!

The lights were beautiful and walking around was amazing. Do NOT spend the extra money to get the VIP experience! It was no experience. The extra charge for a 4 ounce glass of wine and to sit at a table was ridiculous! They advertise that the view is amazing and it is not. It is only a very small section and you need to walk around to see everything, like everyone who paid general admission. It was beautiful to see, but don't get ripped off. Your there to enjoy the lights, not to sit around.

The light display was absolutely beautiful. We booked the patio experience with access to the deck with heaters and firepits with 1 drink included. The experience was great as we arrived prior to sunset and watched the show begin in comfortable warmth. The walk was amazing through the entire field for a closer look.Glad to hear the display is permanent and a new display is coming. Would definitely recommend the experience and will return when in the area!

CaliforniaPaso RoblesIt is worth a visit, from Los Angeles.. by car, bus or train. It is not a tourist attraction. It is an immense Artistic Creation. The most beautiful darkness in the evening in Paso Robles. California.A work of art that shows us how to see through the brilliant idea of an inventor, someone who is capable of modifying what exists to give it another meaning and fill the night with light.Months have passed and I keep this field full of lights among my best memories.!!

Beautiful and stunning…. Especially when the sun starts to set and turns into night! Great to go with a group a friends, to hang out, have some good drinks or a Bailey’s coffee and enjoy the breathtaking view. Or bring relatives visiting Paso Robles or the central coast, so they can enjoy a wonderful experience at Sensorio. This is also a very romantic place to go to for a date night! VIP section offers its own bar, tables with fire pits, and a breathtaking view of the lights!Family with kids will also enjoy the experience. Kids will be delighted with the scenery. Lots of walking involved to get their energy out and they will love the hot chocolate there! There’s also a café with the bar that serves beer and cocktails. They offer specialty coffees, hot, chocolate, and hot tea and amazing desserts. You can also get food there. The café provides inside Seating and outside seating with fire pits. There’s also a food truck there that serves delicious Mexican food. There’s live music there that I really enjoy listening to. The times that I have been there, it’s been lounge type music and the singer has an amazing voice! The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It gets cold at night, so make sure you layer up and take a warm jacket. Wear comfortable shoes or for the ladies who like to dress up like me, wear boots with chunky heels, because there’s a lot to see which involves a lot of walking.Love coming here with my husband for a date night or with the group of friends, or family ! Always a fun & magical experience!

Very disappointed in this venue. When Sensorio first came years ago (even before it became permanent), my husband & I did enjoy it, and recommended it. Because of how much we did we wanted to surprise my mom who was flying in from Washington, D.C. We also purchased the ticket protection as someone else stated . However, due to my mother becoming ill, she could not make it and we cancelled as soon as we knew, in fact almost a week prior. However, we have received nothing but the run around when it comes to our money back. Universe says it is Sensorio and you say it’s Universe, etc. In doing business, you should honor the refund. Without being intrusive to my mom’s medical information. However, we have provided that to you. We were really looking forward to revisiting Sensorio but it’s sad that if it comes down to having to cancel, this is what happens. We saved up to do this.Update to review: our issue was resolved on 1/5/24, thanks to Hayley with Sensorio pursuing the matter. We were issued a full refund minus protection fees. Because of the problems however with their ticketing system, people need to be aware of this. The process took 3 weeks but is complete. Thank you.

While Sensorio boasts a captivating reputation, our group of eight found the half-mile light loop slightly underwhelming. Although the visuals were kind of charming in a few vantage points, we felt the overall experience didn't quite justify the hype or price tag.To elaborate, the light displays, though intricate, felt a bit repetitive after a while. The half-mile loop, advertised as an immersive journey, could've benefited from more variety or interactive elements to truly wow visitors. Additionally, the price felt a bit steep compared to similar light shows,

We loved the field of lights, my kids enjoyed the vibrant light colors. The bottle towers lights are really nice as well. But the main attraction is the beautiful field of lights.

This is quite a mesmerising experience. Beautiful walk through the field of lights and then the light towers. Since it was last week of December it became pretty cold. Highly recommend bringing warm jackets and comfortable shoes so you can enjoy this place thoroughly. They don’t allow any outside food and drinks but they have many food options inside. They also have nice fire pits seating arrangements for people who want to sit and eat there. We finished our tour in time to try then go out and do our dinner at a nearby restaurant so we didnt eat there but there were some veggie burger options. There is enough parking so you don’t need to worry about that. We also purchased our tickets on the gate. Our 7 year old daughter could walk through the entire field and despite beings at relaxed pace and taking enough time where we wanted to sit etc, we were done in an hour.

Would say 3.8 ⭐️Pro: Arrived at 8pm-ish, and there was no line, crowd or wait which was great plus easy parking.Pro: you can buy wine or hot cocoa and walk the paths as you viewPro: first glance at the lights are gorgeousCons: although gorgeous, you will yearn to see more. Not much diversity in what you see after the initial awe. There are 2 art installations total so you can see everything in less than 15 min. This is considered a con purely because of the entry price (admission is a little pricey for 2 quick exhibits) and distance we drove to see it. We drove from Bay Area 2.5 hours away. I’d recommend this as an “enhancer,” not a main attraction to avoid being let down.Overall, it was beautiful, easy to access (due to our 8pm arrival time), quick and pricey.
