The wines are great and outstanding, with particular standouts being the Syrahs, the Bien Nacido Syrah, and the Viognier. The service is what makes the visit truly memorable and one of a kind. The people are great, super friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. They share great insights about the wines, the area, and the industry, ensuring a top-tier experience without high pressure. The charcuterie plate is the perfect accompaniment. This is a must go and a must stop, highly recommended for a great afternoon. It is worth a visit and worth coming back to.

Our tasting experience at Serial was awesome. The wines were great—especially the Syrahs—but our host Shawn took it to the next level with his knowledge about the wines, the area, and the industry. The space itself is a beautiful addition to downtown Paso too. Worth a visit!

Came here for my 5 year anniversary and had Jennie helping us! She is so kind and attentive, we truly had such a one of a kind experience here! Definitely worth coming and checking out if you’re in the area! The service and quality were amazing!
