“The feint desk was super nice and helpful. I didn't know what to get to deal with potholes at home and they gave a good recommendation. They loaded the rocks into the back of my truck which was pretty quick. They also have a simple setup of the stuff they got so you can look at what you might need at the main building outside near the weight station.”

“We have rented from this facility on three separate occasions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Because it is typically just the one gentleman working if he happens to be out in the yard you will not reach anyone via phone and cannot leave a message. Due to that we ended up reserving a truck online. That just streamlined the process for us when we went to pick up the truck.

The trucks were clean but only had a 1/4 tank of gas each time. Luckily we were only going a short distance. The size truck we rented came with a dolly and some blankets to utilize. Nice little extra to have instead of having to spend additional money for those items. They came in handy for us when we moved our belongings.

It is hit or miss as to how many and what size trucks they will have. If you are unable to get clarification by calling then reserve it online and you will not end up being unpleasantly surprised upon arrival.

The gentleman we encountered is not only friendly and helpful but a very hard worker. He always has a smile on his face. Makes for a better day when you are going through a stressful process.

If you need to secure storage or simply rent a truck or trailer to move then give this location a try as you won't be disappointed.”

“I don't know who your next customer is going to be. So, I cannot predict their particular wants or needs for any improvements.
If I consider them as people who will most probably be wanting all the very same things that I might be delighted to discover here on my next visit, then I would suggest the installation of a paved road-racing course possessing an even mixture of short and techical turns and chicanery, as well as long straights and sweeps for passing, all to challenge and advantage those who've chosen their arrangements to quickest navigate such things. “Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. I use the storage for my business so I am at it times per week. Every time I am there and not helping out a customer she is out picking up trash around the property or sweeping or even pulling weeds ... Literally every time I am there she is doing something to better the storage experience for the customer. Out of all of the storage facilities that I have used in the past, this is by far the best storage place that I have ever used. I was recently telling my daughter who is with me a lot of the time that this is the type of work attitude that you want to have at every job. She said that I should write a review, and so here I am. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Super Storage and recommend their facilities to everyone I know who lives or works in the immediate area.”
