After having multiple issues with setting up a plan online, I walked in, had everything resolved and walked out with a new phone and plan in less than an hour. Huge thanks to Kyle H for all the help!

Ricky and Kyle are great!Ricky is really kind and got my new phone all set up and working before I walked out. Kyle was so nice to my son, a great conversationalist, and very funny.What a team!

I had an old cell phone with a black screen. Tried to get a new phone from Verizon and keep my number, they said no. I went to T-Mobile in Paso Robles and had help from Kyle, it wasn't easy but he took the time to figure it out, explain everything, and got me a great deal on the phone and the plan I wanted. He and Nick also greeted everyone and said how long the wait would be for a new purchase, or a quicker time for bill pay. I love my new Pixel Pro 7 and Kyle was able to get all the important stuff to transfer.

they treat their employees and clients like garbage. a friend of mine worked there, provided better than average customer service, was going out of his way to make record sales just to have his superiors not give him a commission or bonus based on some fabricated technicality, and then let him go, clearly because he was a threat to their jobs. this happens at other stores. as for their clients, they do similar sneaky tactics to payment plans, and provide generally bad customer service. just go to any review site like trustpilot, the numbers speak for themselves. they generally talk smooth but lack ethics.

Robby was absolutely amazing. Not only was he kind he was extremely helpful and very resourceful. My son is leaving to study abroad in Spain for a year and we were confused with which way would be the best and most cost affective to keep connected. Robby took the time to help and guide us through. Thank you Robby we appreciate you.

The worst customer service and rude employees. It always takes a long time to get something simple done because the employees are clearly not well trained. As a former T-Mobile corporate store employee, I advice everyone to avoid this location.

I was at the Paso Robles Fair on Friday 7/29 and I stopped by the TMobile truck to change from Verizon to TMobile. The communication wasn’t very good and I had nothing but problems. I went to the TMobile store in Paso Robles and Kyle was a champion. His patience was outstanding. Not only he was helping me with the transferring of the equipment but Kyle was walking me through each item and explaining what he was doing. I also told Kyle about my experience down at the fair and he was shocked that nothing got transferred over down there I also told him about the promises they made and they weren’t kept. I was really disappointed and upset but Kyle Smith it out perfectly. Thank you Kyle

I'm literally only giving a one, because I have to. I came in today to this sprint to get my daughter a new iPhone 13 because her phone broke. I come into a retail manager from another store behind the counter. I said I have sprint still I need a new phone etc. she said "I can't access sprint my credentials don't work at this store." I said what about that guy? His name is Kyle, and she she said "He's on his lunch I can't legally ask him to work." I said ok, do you have the iPhone 12 mini by chance? She opens the door and tells Kyle to go check if they have the iPhone mini 12, but I thought KYLE couldn't work?!! Wtf.. anyways, then I said is there some one you can call? A manager? She said no. I said can I get the managers number? She said no. WHAT!!! Then, she says Kyle will be off of his lunch in 20 minutes, if I can come back? And she said that he needs to reset his password. So I left pissed, and came back in 35 minutes!! I come in and ask Kyle same thing I asked the lady, he said I can't get into sprint. I said bro are you kidding me? She just told me to come back in 30 minutes!! He said "she said no such thing" WHAT WHY THE FU** am I back then !!! I'm a lier? Like what? I told him she said he just had to reset his password, WHICH SHE DIDN'T EVEN TELL HIM SO HE DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE IT!!! So then Kyle said "We'll I guess I'll reset it, but it's going to take a while." DUHHH IM TRYING TO BUY A DAMN PHONE? Your literally losing out on a 1000$ sale!! Then he's doing something on the computer and comes back to the tablet. He said, "come on screen turn on" about the computer. So he's on his tablet and the screen turns on and his back was to it, so I said "the creek turned on" he then said super fu-***ing rude "THATS COOL, I'm still doing something here." Like duh idiot I'm just telling you! And I made a "pshhh" nose and he's like "WHAT" super aggressive! You know what bro, your rude!!! He was intentionally being rude! So then this dude logs in and he says what do you need? I said, I need to see my remaining balance for an upgrade on a phone etc. and he says "you are aware you can do this on the app, no?" Like DUDE I LITERALLY TOLD U THIS!!!! So instead of buying my phone or giving that store any money, I left and went to a different T Mobil in atown, because FUC*** that and this place! AVOID THIS STORE and Kyle at all costs.
