End of May I went into my local T-Mobile store, the manager Derric Bringham scammed me to join T-Mobile. He offered me the 'best plan' for $70 (when I later learned it was $105 per month). I told him my current bill was $115 per month and I would switch today bc I was happy with the offer. 2 days after I joined I received my 1st bill. I went back and said to Derric 'hey my bill says $105' he said it was an error/first time billing issue and he gave me a 'courtesy credit' to bring my bill back down to $70.The following billing cycle it was again $105. I texted him (which I have screenshots of) saying 'Derric my bill is $105 again can you please fix it'. I texted him twice about it over a week and a half and both times he told me he was working on fixing it with a supervisor from customer service. Of course I never heard back from him and the bill was never fixed.I was done with him bc I was so disgusted that he scammed me so I contacted T-Mobile directly. The supervisor I spoke with said that he offered me a rate that they can't support and I would have to stick with the $105 or take another plan. I said if you do not come through and provide me with the same plan and rate he offered then I will leave. The best she said she could do was offer me $70 for 3 months. So I paid the $70 and guess what, my next month's bill was back up to $105 again. (The supervisor also told me this is an issue that with their retail employees and many calls from upset people like me.)As you can imagine that was my last straw so I left and went to another carrier paying even less than what Derric even offered me. FYI, when I found out Mint Mobile was recently bought out by T-Mobile I decided against them as of my abhorrent experience with T-Mobile.I have spent hours of my time dealing with this horrible service and will be spreading the word to anyone I know including online reviews like this to run from T-Mobile. Derric should be investigated and possibly fired, this was absolutely unacceptable.I will also be reporting this to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).

I was lied to about what plan I would end up with. Then my service was disconnected because they said they were fixing my plan and not to worry. I was lied to about using the phone in Mexico year round. Anything to get you to sign a contract. Now they got you. You are stuck with there phones and you have one that won’t work when time is up in Mexico for that phone. Very disappointed with every manager I talked to in that store. Be aware or what they promise

I had the best experience at the target T-Mobile Maria helped me and I’m not a easy customer but she patiently went through everything with me got me on my way I love my new plan and they were great to work with Thanks Maria for all your help you were great

I ordered a new S23 Ultra 5G and when I got it I brought it to the T-Mobile store on Theatre Dr, in the Target shopping center, and received THE absolute best service from Maria! Sarah and the manager, Phil, were also very helpful and friendly. This is definitely the location that you will want to go to for your T-Mobile products and services!
