Bad service was told that I would need to wait 20 more weeks. After waiting 24 weeks. This guy then said that my car was something that Ford gave up on in the late 20s what a jurk!!!

Nothing but BS from Lee......abrupt, non-comunicative and NO HELP. All I can do is echo all the other negative comments from others experiences. No customer consideration or service!!!

This is not a “Bot” I can’t believe this company is still in business. My unpleasant experience was in 2011. They are a nightmare to deal with and will hold your project hostage until you pay them.*update* The only work done was disassembly. Pleased to say someone else was able to fix your “work”.

Brassworks rebuilt the radiator for my 1930 Packard with amazing craftsmanship and excellent service. Lee was up front with me explaining how long the process might take and the costs involved. I can only imagine what a challenge it must be ordering radiator core material from England during a pandemic! For a 91 year old car that's been in the family for 63 of them, the time it took to carefully restore the radiator was well worth it. I almost lost my breath when I saw the serial plate that had been buried under years worth of paint. I opted to drive up and pick up the radiator rather than ship it, and was reassured that the radiator was spray-foam packed and would have survived any shipping method had I chose to ship rather than pick up. This was a great excuse to relax in Paso Robles for a few days. After replacing the radiator I noticed steam leaking out on its maiden run. I called Brassworks, and they offered to pay the shipping costs to research the problem. It was simpler just to take a day trip to Paso Robles once again. When I arrived, Lee stopped whatever he was doing, called the guys over who worked on the radiator and proceeded to undergo testing on the spot. Fortunately the radiator was not the problem - I had neglected to replace the gasket for the thermostat housing, and it was obvious that was the source of the leak. During that process Lee took the time to explain the radiator testing processes and the physics involved. So - user error, and a pleasant drive to and from Paso on a beautiful winter's day. Not bad after all! The Brassworks team are true craftsman and stand by their work. I wish they would rebuild carburetors too!

I purchased a heater core June 18 2021 for a 1986 Toyota 4Runner. The website states this "The items you see listed are only a few of the ones we have made so if you don't see your year, make or model please send the pattern in and contact us via email so we know its coming."The website listed the heater core and no one contacted me telling me they needed a core. I asked if COVID would delay it and they said yes so i didnt mind waiting, then they said they needed a core from me to send in but werent sure and would call me back to let me know. No one called me back to verify. I called a 3rd time and the nice lady that I talked to didnt know what was happening and assured me I was fine. When I contacted them for the 4th time regarding the status of my build August 16, a male Im assuming was the manager asked if I wanted to send in my core or get a refund. I asked for the refund and he just hung up on me, i got my refund 5 minutes later. He was just totally rude and his attitude was uncalled for. I apologize if youre stressed, do not take it out on me because the information youve provided me was incorrect.

Sent them my Sunbeam Tigers radiator that other shops either would not take, or the one that did take it - did a hatchet job on it. I got a recommendation about Brassworks and set them the radiator as a last ditch to try to get the radiator fixed. Brassworks repaired the radiator to like new and works and cools like a charm. Very pleased with quality of their work and the great service.

I am building an original 1910 Ford touring and needed a brass radiator. Lee and his team at Brassworks were fantastic. The radiator was custom fabricated and fits perfectly on my 1910 frame. The workmanship is very high quality. I recommend Brassworks for all your radiator needs.
