I had a fantastic experience at Theater Drive self storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what stood out was the exceptional customer service. Olivia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this location, and huge thanks to Olivia for going above and beyond!!

There are several nice storage unit facilities in this area but what sets Theater Drive Self Storage apart and above the rest and keeps me a customer is manager, Olivia's excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service and attention to matters of safety. Bryan's great, too!

Olivia is the friendliest and best. She would get 10 stars. Biggest negative is the large price increases, maybe the only negative! Clean facility. Again, Olivia is extra special.

This is the place. Extraordinary facilities, customer service, safety and security, proactive communication, and a very convenient location. The staff treated us SO well while we were in between houses. Don't go anywhere else.
