He gave Alliance a call once he got there, and Gabe got out to him within 15 or so minutes. Having waited, and waited, and waited for roadside assistance from other companies in the past, this was super impressive and appreciated. We thought that we'd need a flatbed, but with there being a longer wait for that to make its way over, Gabe, who was very personable and helpful, was able to get our car hooked up safely without waiting on that. They made it to the tire shop super quickly from there- I was shocked at how quickly he called me to say that it was all hooked up and on its way.
