I highly recommend Blake's Hardware in Paso Robles! Their prices are always comparable to Lowe's and it's just minutes from my house. Today I went in looking for a toilet fill valve. The kind gentleman Garrett, took the time to open the box to show me how I could simply slide the plastic o-ring up on the old one & remove the old valve. He took the time to show me how I could simply slide the new valve onto of the existing stump! He also found the exact battery I needed for my garage door opener! In fact he opened the remote and installed the battery for me! I'm a 67 year old single woman very capable in many respects, but I really appreciated Garrett taking the time and energy to explain this to me! What a tremendous help! The world needs more caring, competent people like Garrett! Kudos to Blake's Hardware for hiring such a man!

I've been to this hardware store many times and I'm so satisfied every time I go into the store because I come out with the parts I need even though I know the parts I'm going in for the employees are extremely helpful and they explain things to make sure you understand it which is helpful because it also makes sure that I understand what I'm doingWe'll definitely go back to the hardware store in the future to get more
