To the guy at the register my husband said that guy really knew his stuff and inventory and the girl who took my payment thank you.. this store staff is welcoming and really knows great customer service...

Made a last minute appt to have my hair done.. I scheduled with Diane. I went in only knowing I wanted change, more definition & to keep my natural red as the main color.. Diane perfectly executed the most subtle & beautiful highlights/lowlights I could have imagined! My mom would have been so happy with the outcome of my hair & honestly probably would’ve gone to Diane herself if she had the opportunity. Thank you Diane for taking the time to do my hair, I LOVE it!

Employees don't greet you, they are rude and condescending, and obviously have better things to do than work at their job.

I get my brows done here at the Benefit Bar with Aly on a regular basis. She does a great job and is a very sweet person. I book my appointment online through Ulta's website.

Great selection of products. Prices are fairly high. There were SEVERAL employees following/watching me and other customers. Felt a bit suffocating, and the plethora of employees roaming the store were not helpful. I prefer to browse products without being interrupted by at least 8 employees. I would prefer to just buy these products online and avoid this hassle

I absolutely love going in and having Tomara do my hair, as she has been my stylist for 14 years! Every time I visit, I am not only delighted by the amazing results but also by the knowledge and expertise of the stylist. She truly cares about everyone's hair and is always eager to share new tips and tricks. Whether it's just a color or cut. I always leave feeling extra beautiful. The level of love and dedication she puts into her work is truly admirable. I highly recommend Tomara to anyone looking for a professional and passionate stylist who will make you feel your best.

This is a good store , so far I have had only good encounters. I had great help finding makeup with Sylvia she works in the Clinique section of the store . So thank you Sylvia for helping me out last time with finding my true shade of color and really taking the time to help me.
