“Best winery in Paso! Hands down. If you like traditional French style wines, this is the place. We will come back every time we are in the area. Inside for when its hot, outside area for when the weather is nice. We suggest you stop by for brunch on Sunday and get the suggested wine pairing! You won't regret it.”
“Bianchi is great! Beautiful atmosphere, love the Koi pond! The wine is good and Chef Gregg's food is amazing! Andrew and Sara were on it with service. I took my friends visiting from out the town, they had a lovely time. The lamb meatballs and chicken sandwich were so tasty and it was a nice portion of food. Hey locals, it's a nice place to go to lunch on the less busy tourist days too. We'll be back with more friends!”

“Comfortable and spacious historic hotel right off the main Plaza. I was in one of the rooms just above the pool and loved my stay. They clearly had renovated and updated the rooms and I found them cute, modern, and relaxing to be in. The art is a fun touch. We also popped by their new rooftop bar which is super nice (tasty drinks!) and Cattleman’s for dinner. The vibe there is really fun and cowboy-ish. We even caught live music.
But the location and big outdoor garden with fire pits was probably my favorite part. Would highly recommend.”
“Good hotel in a beautiful place. Cleanliness and service as to be expected for this brand: excellent. I often choose my hotels for the gym, and this property is good for a hotel gym! Dumbells up to 50lbs. Cable machine up to 80lbs. Bench. Few cardio machines. Mats.”
