Chris at the Verizon store was fantastic. But when I tried to call and talk to Chris. I had to fight the Verizon girl to get her to connect me. I had to yell just connect me. She want to set up an appointment that I didn't need. She finally said she would connect me but left me on hold. That took over 20 min. I hung up and went to the store.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, CHRIS ROCKS!!!! I normally DREAD having to go into Verizon, but he really makes the experience soooooo much better. He’s so helpful. Go see Chris, he’ll take care of you!

August helped me and my son tremendously. We came in the store with a problem connecting his AirPod Max to his phone. Auguste spent the time to fix the issue and was so kind. Thank you! We will be coming back for sure!

Hours posted say 10am opening on Mondays. It's now 10:30am. No one has shown up. I have an issue with the way they signed up my contract, reached out to Verizon support via telephone and they agree. Told me to visit the store. Hard to when no one comes to work. As a retail store manager myself I would never allow my store to simply not open. Reaching out to customer support does nothing . Verizon will be losing a customer.

The only surprise was that apple changed their charging ports necesitating the purchase of unexpected accessories. Staff member was understanding and well trained in pointing out the positives.
