Amanda did an amazing job setting up my phone. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She also double checked everything was correct as she went along. She answered all my questions and offered her service if I had any further questions in the future.
She also offered many accessories that I might need for my new phone.

My sales person was amazing. I am old, and not good at technology. She spent extra time and had extreme patience in explaining and demonstrating the new phone, and helped me get the data from my expired phone.
Most people don’t go above and beyond for a stranger, but she did. Such a person is a rare find and makes me glad to be a Verizon customer.

The manager of this store is really great. Kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her. And I work with Quan today and he was the same kind knowledgeable helpful. It’s a great work environment as well as for customer service and satisfaction.
