My father had an account with this bank. When he passed away I went in, received the utmost sympathy and was helped by the nicest lady. I was asked about some of his final tranactions, which I verified. I was told what was in his account and left with a check. The process was not quick, but it was helpful and pleasant and everyone there was EXTREMELY helpful. I appreciate the help and the compassion.

If I could give zero stars then that would be their rating! Completely worthless. As posted yesterday, their ATMs have been down for over a week! You can't get anyone to answer the phone, you can't get anyone to return your call. I removed my high 6-figure cash balance with them today!!

I'm here at the moment, There are 9 people in line and one person working, for the last 3 years it has completely have had the worst service. I'm only here to cash a check and it will be closed to a twenty min wait. To say the least I'm not a happy customer.

The banker did my wire yesterday but she put bank's name in the receiver's name. So the wire is refused. The money is back to my account, the bank charged me $30. I asked Wells Fargo Paso Robles manager for refunding the expense, and they only refund $7.5. They said because I signed the confirm and they can only refund partial to me. It's unfair. I'm customer and I provide the paper wire instructions. The banker made mistake and I have to pay the fees ? So if I have responsibilities to check your banker's job, will you share your salary to me also ? Not good service . I don't recommend!

I needed to make a wire transfer and was out of town so when I read the reviews on this branch I was very wary of what I would encounter. The people at this branch, Mark and Christina, were top notch! They took me under their care and walked me through the entire process. They were wonderful and I couldn't be any more pleased. Before you take all the bad reviews to heart, come in and see what wonderful people they really are. I hope more people who have experiences like me will take the time to write a review.

The staff is kind and competent, but I am very angry that my unemployment card got skimmed . . . at an ATM inside the bank. They need to beef up security.

Avoid this branch! Just watched an employee drop their mask and cough, barely covering their face. Funny, they have all this stuff posted everywhere but don't follow protocol. Guess its ok that they spread germs. Geeezzz...lazy teller!

I've reached the end of my rope here. I absolutely HATE going into any branch office of Wells Fargo - I've come to avoid it at all costs. I've personally never had a problem of any kind with my account and the actual service. What I dislike with a passion is the fact that I am consistently molested the moment I enter the bank - even if all I want to do is get in line. I can figure that out, thank you. And then...yet another way overly helpful person quizzes me while I'm in my appropriate line. Leave me alone, please. Be professional, don't ignore me while in branch, if I have a question, be available but let me do my thing. Pulease. Argh. I know this is coming from corporate. I hate it for the employees that they are being forced to do this. It doesn't feel at all genuine (not their fault). Just common courtesy and professionalism is all I need and ask.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Rude and completely uncooperative. This bank has never been helpful. There is a reason I left them years ago

The bankers and tellers here are all very friendly. They are able to keep the line moving by having a staff person, lets call him or her a host of sorts. They welcome and suggest other modes of banking should it fit your visit need. Today I was in the middle of a pretty long line and having already taken $300 out of the ATM I was waiting in line as I know I reached my daily withdrawal limit. He said nope the inside ATM's ha e no limits so there I go, and out the door. Appreciated the tip and just always smiling and happy staff here. Well done.

I came in this morning to make change for a $100 bill. They would not take my money since I don't have a bank account there. I do have a credit card through Wells Fargo but that wasn't good enough. I am extremely upset that my money is not good at Wells Fargo. No difference between my money and anyone's else's. Poor poor service wells fargo. Way to treat your customers. Bank of America was happy to make change for me and I don't have an account with them. As a local business in Paso Robles this is a disgrace to your community. You're awesome.

The absolute worst bank in all of San Luis Obispo County. Poor management. Closed on random non bank holiday days so you never know when they are actually open until you drive there to see a special note on the door. I despise everything about this bank. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Such horrible customer service for a bank. What is the purpose of a bank? Money. I asked to change $300 in cash ($20s to $100s) and they told me no because I'm not a customer. I use a military bank that doesn't have a branch in the area. The quantity isn't money laundering in nature nor was I was I asking to clean them out of silver dollars or something unusual. I waited my turn in line like everyone else and they made a huge deal out of it like I was asking to commit a crime.

They are always busy but they managed to make everyone get in and get out fast and get staffs done. Compare to boa in Paso Robles , this bank is much faster.
