Patterson Ace Hardware is a locally owned store with a friendly, small-town feel and a clean, well-stocked environment. Shelves are crammed with a large variety of products, often having what customers are looking for. The staff is generally friendly and super helpful, taking time to assist customers in finding items, checking stock, and even sourcing special parts. They offer personal service and can go above and beyond to help, providing a great alternative to larger stores in more distant cities. However, a minority of experiences note that prices can be higher on some items compared to other retailers, and very occasionally a staff member may not be helpful. Overall, it is committed to being the helpful hardware place in the community.
A well organized hardware store, easy to find all items, the staff was very helpful and really came through for me when I needed plumbing parts…would definitely recommend and return, service is everything.

Rosie and Gerald helped me so much!! I needed a receipt and they helped me get it! They were so patient and kind and I’m glad it all worked out! We go to ace all the time and we get wonderful customer service each time
