  The employees in the guard shack are very easy to work with and very willing to help you as long as you're nice they'll be nice the only bad part is where they put the empty trailers it's pretty hard to get around in there without going over the sides

  I don’t know why, but there always seems to be something wrong at the guard shack, and no one comes out to help speed things up. There needs to be staff on hand who can intervene. I’ve seen it happen at other facilities where the hostler helps to move things along, but not here, at least not in a timely manner.
