Some people are helpful, and some are not. It's hit and miss here. They didnt seem to know what they were doing? I'll stick to O'Reilly auto parts. At least there, they are always helpful and very nice.

small store but well organized and stock. the outside promises are clean, the staffs are helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic! That frosty night we just had killed my aging battery. I got a jump and headed over to AutoZone for a replacement. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store. Roxana was super awesome. She helped me pick out a new battery and installed it in just a few minutes! Great staff ? and excellent customer service.

They sold me a car battery that didn't work, it was damaged and with 0 charge I had to pay a mechanic per hour because the car has a hidden battery and they have to remove parts to be able to remove it and the manager didn't want to give me a discount because of the inconvenience it caused. They made me go through and because of what I had to spend at the mechanic to remove it twice and install it... or drive to have it changed. I definitely won't go back to buy from Autozone... there are other refractory stores that serve you better and give you better price ?

Had my dad take a battery back since it has warranty but he didn't speak English anywho they gave him the run around for the battery told him they'd call him when the battery was charged within an hour to see if that battery was good or not he ended up going since he didn't get a call only for the lady to tell him they don't call for that. He ended up having to pay anyways please make sure management is on they're A game and to not be rude if not change them

All u have 2 do is ask one of the workers what your looking for they will help u if they dont have it they will get u just about anything u ask them for.
