Surprisingly excellent for the price. Check in was easy considering we checked in at midnight. Room (and hotel as a whole) was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Bonus points for being right of I5 and next to gas/Dutch Bros. Very likely to return.

Kendra at the front desk was amazing, the room was clean , the facility was clean as well. It's not the best location, but I would stay here again.
