“Had a negative interaction with another customer who came through but the manager absolutely jumped into action. Attempting to calm the other customer down and step in where necessary. Afterwards he was absolutely amazing offering to help us through the entire way. This manager even offered (but we declined) a discount for all the trouble. For the sheer patience and managing of a tough situation the manager here showed I am leaving 5 stars and will definitely be a return customer.”

“Nick from Speedco was super helpful in getting me back on the road. I had run over a rubber tire while driving on the 5 that partially pulled off the plastic cover under my car and was dragging. When I pulled over to gas up at the Loves, and saw the hanging plastic cover, but didn't have a jack or a way to tie up or pull off the cover.

I gave Speedco a call and asked if they might be able to help me out, even though I don't drive a truck, and Nick told me to come down and he'd take a look to see what they might be able to do.

When I arrived, Nick was friendly and super helpful in helping remove the plastic cover so I could get back on the road. At first he didn't think he could help because my car was too low to the ground to get one of their truck jacks under it. But he was open to thinking together about how we might be able to prop my car up a bit more and that was a success! It was such a relief, and I know my Dad who was worried about me on this road trip was too!”

I came through with a vehicle that was in desperate need of a wash after having had layers of caked on dust and grime. Nathaly recognized that it was possible that there would be a need for some additional TLC to have the vehicle be properly cleaned and came through on the customer service to help make sure I left with a clean vehicle with a plan to become a repeat customer.
