we receive several packages a month from chewy.com and Fedex delivers these packages in our area. the drivers drop the boxes from waist high, causing some contents to bust open on many occasions, because they are too lazy to bend over. they never ring the door bell to let us know they have delivered, so we can pick them up. we only know they arrive usually because we hear the loud thud of them dropping our boxes and our dogs bark. very disappointed in them, was much happier with UPS.
