Made an appointment for 8am to get 4 new tires and an oil change on my audi wagon. Got to the patterson location at 7:45am and to my surprise they were already opening up! At 8 I Went in and I was immediately greeted and checked in. Since it was raining I decided to stay and wait. By 9:00am they were done. They went above my expectations considering I had basically swapped wheels to a larger size, they took the time to put my old set of wheels in bags since they were soaked, before loading them into my car. Thanks to the team at the patterson les schwab for getting me on the road

Staff is very friendly but tires don’t last.
I purchased tires and rims and spent over 2000 dollars. Went in because two of the four tires had issues and the warranty didn’t cover it even though I had not gone over the miles. I had only had them for a few months. Again, tires don’t last

Hands down the best experience I’ve had when it comes to getting a repair for my vehicle. First off the customer service: When I called the guy who answered was kind, courteous and helpful and didn’t try right off the bat to sell me the usual “I can’t let you leave with your tires in the state they’re in” which is how I am approached every time I go to a certain other place. He felt like a friend saying “Come on down, we’ll take care of it” and you know it isn’t going to cost you unnecessary $hundreds$. I made my choice right then that even though this wasn’t the first place I’d called and even though I like to give the small guys business, I was going here because of this. So I did and the service got better from there. They fixed the hole in my tire, not only dealing with my mess of a vehicle (it needed a cleaning inside and out) but they were quick with that, kind and when they didn’t have the answer to something they didn’t act like they did, for example the spare tire for my Van is in the absolute weirdest spot and the access point is even weirder and instead of just throwing it in the trunk where we put the flat they came out and asked where the spare went. I love that they took the opportunity to learn and be respectful of my vehicle even if we aren’t exactly. On top of that, they fixed a problem that another place had told me was irreparable once before. Thanks for the honesty, you now have a new valued customer

Went to get tire rotation, tech told me I needed two new tires for 650$!!! Scam on top of that they forgot to give me my wheel lock back! Went to modesto Firestone instead never going back

For a while I’ve seen this place and I always thought it was super expensive, I called ask about a price for an alignment and was surprised they weren’t trying to charge me so much like other shops in town, they are honest, and super professional. The wait room and restrooms are super nice and clean waiting there is not bad at all. The man was honest and said the price would be lower since they only did one side of the tires I will definitely be back and tell my family about this place!
