I was a metro customer for 17 yrs. Then I made the mistake of trying a competitors service. That lasted about a month and I knew I'd made a mistake. I switched back kept my original Metro number and I will stay with Metro now no matter what.I've never had a bad experience with their agents either. Nice people.

At the time of purchased the gal "Ivett" said we would have to wait 30 days from the time we made purchased (Jan.2023) went to pay our bill this month (Feb.2023) we wanted to change our plan and this time we were told by Ivett and another gal that we had to wait 60 days before we can switch. I called customer service and was able to change my plan. Very unsatisfied with these two gals they need to learn GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be going to that store again!

These associates Atris, Eileen, and Raymond were so helpful and informative. Back then, I would’ve never given or thought of giving a good review. However, these new associates weren’t so quick to just give me a sale to just get it over with they took their time to actually go into details with what I had needed.

My husband got there at 650pm to pay the phone bill and the girl there said they closed at 7pm and didn't want to help him when there was still 10 minutes left before they closed....rude girl

Every time I go in the ladies there are always so nice and helpful. I went in today to get my boyfriend’s line transferred over to them. Stephanie was the one who helped me. At first there was an issue with my boyfriend’s phone so they called tech support. The lady through tech support said that there was something wrong with the phone. Stephanie and Laura kept trying their best to get the line to work. Thankfully everything worked out! There was another lady there but I didn’t catch her name but she was also trying to help as well. They are all so sweet and always willing to help! Thank you ladies!

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have had T-mobile for the last 8 years, and this was the most blatant you're not with my time because I won't make money on you situation I've ever had. My grandmother went into the location for T-Mobile Tuesday and to get help with processing an insurance claim. She is 72. She has no idea how to look up device information or anything like that. All she needed was someone to help make the call and they wouldn't help her. I was on speaker phone as I live out of state and heard her talk to the rep and he said well I don't think they make that model anymore and the deductible will be between 50 and 80 dollars ( it's 10, actually) and you have to call yourself. I hearing this called care because I know they can help her and should help her and care calls the store. They tell care that she isn't the account holder so insurance won't help her, she is the authorized user so this is incorrect, and that they already called. They did not call. Customer care told them to help her make the call. They got off with care and then told her to make the call herself. I called the manager angry. Obviously. I told him what happened and he said they called and she didn't want to give her information over the phone, that's not what happened. 1. They never made that call 2. She was asking if she could pay in the store because she likes to do that, and if given the information would have paid over the phone no problem. Manager took the employees side, which I understand you need to support your team but he didn't apologize and I even asked him if he thought this was a coach able moment and he didn't even acknowledge that the situation could have been handled better. In the end she sat in the car, for longer than it should have taken and called in herself. T-Mobile is the uncarrier and is supposed to want to help their customers but this store failed. She wasn't worth any money so she wasn't worth the time and no one was even sorry about it.
