“I've been renting a 10x20 here in Patterson since 2018. I've been paying $127 a month since then until the 1st of this year 2020 the rates have increased to $134 a month. It never fails when at a storage facility that you drink coffee all the way there then nature calls and most of the time anymore businesses will not allow you to use their restroom. There's an on-site restroom located inside the office. It is clean and stocked well with what is needed in a restroom. They keep the entire area clean and debris free which is great. Their hours though could be better but they are still not that bad. On more than one occasion I have received permission to temporarily place my belongings outside of my unit so that we could move around inside of the unit; which wouldn't be possible if I wasn't able to remove some items to make room for me; I appreciate this.Ran into a little bit of a strange situation a few months back with the auto-pay that I have always used to pay monthly. But it was quickly resolved and they apologized; goes a long way in my book. They have always been polite when I've been there and if they step away from the office to do a patrol of the area they leave a clipboard on the door for you to sign in. They have cameras onsite and the lockers are kept safe once they lock the large wrought iron fencing down. I almost forgot! For security they have the fencing charged with electrical wire. Now, I'm really appreciating this business. They keep the site extremely clean; so love this as I dislike clutter but prefer a well kept area. Nice place would love it if they had a location where I live but it's not a deal breaker.”
