I’ve been going here for a while now. My last visit was amazing. I am 7 months pregnant and holly did such a good job on my toes. She made me feel so comfortable even though my baby was kicking me a lot.

I loved my nails the first three times I visited this salon (I went to two nail techs) but my last two experiences have been extremely agitating. They were not because of the nail technicians themselves but because of the owner who was rushing both the nail techs and myself. I should not have to argue to get what I want for my nails because I am paying customer. Moreover, I should not be blamed for the lack of consideration for time because there should not be back to back appointments booked in the first place. It was both frustrating and embarrassing to have this experience twice. I am extremely disappointed because I will have to find a new salon to go to.

First and last time I will coming to Pro Nails. Called ahead of time, made a appointment for manicure and pedicure. When it was time for my manicure, Donna, the owner, made a scene in front of other customers saying mutiple times, " I didn't ask for a manicure on the phone, don't have time and I come back tomorrow". I quietly put on my shoes, paid without a tip and left. I didn't appreciate how I was talked to and treated.

Donna is great. I'm from Sac and have been going to the same place for 15 years and was in town and needed a new set. She put a new set on and they were perfect. Thanks Donna.

I just want to start by saying I'm glad I waited on giving this establishment a review because it totally changed. 3 weeks ago I called to set an appointment. They answered the phone fairly quickly and were able to get me in the same day. All good! The place looked nice and clean. Had the tv on and the gentleman who did my nails was very polite. Got a full set acrylic done in red. I was happy with the outcome. So happy that I wanted to give a 5 start review. Fast forward to today. My nails were overgrown and I was ready to take them off. And it was a nightmare! I did everything from soaking in 100% acetone to wrapping in foil. Filing and scraping off. It was sticky, gooey, slimy. It wasn't flaky. It was getting all over my fingers. It took me 3 hours and my nails were damaged! Not to mention that once I was done I emptied the remaining acetone liquid in the sink and immediately a white plastic substance formed, clogging my sink. Turns out this place used what I assume is MMA. If you don't know MMA is a monomer liquid that is used in acrylic nails it is illegal and banned by the FDA. It is cheaper to use BUT causes serious damage to your nails. EMA is the correct and safe to use. Please make sure the products they use are labeled with the brand name. Please keep this in mind if you plan to go here. I loved my nails but definitely not worth it.

I asked Donna if she can help me shape my nails that was not looking so pretty she did the best job she shape them exactly what I wanted I will definitely go Back to her again the most sweetest lady she made my day !!!!!

I've been here a couple of times for both shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. Service was great, Kim did a great job on my feet and I got a great manicure from Donna on my natural nails!
