Whoever is supposed to input sale items in computer systems should be fired. The checkers are constantly having to have someone do a price check & make everyone wait!!! This happens more times that not. Your digital system is a joke. Why have it. Rude lady in fish department. Not professional, acts like you’re putting her out to help anyone. She’s Hispanic with glasses. Very phony & rude. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Actually, I had a nice time at SaveMart. An employee helped me with their app and taught me a better way to use it. Found what we were looking for. Great customer service!

I have been coming to this savemart my whole life. Yes I’m a Patterson native lol. 30yrs and today I had the worst experience with a worker (Barbara on cashier 2) not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was rude because of my skin color. I will definitely be contacting their corporation about my experience.

Used to love shopping here. Felt like family. Over the last 20 years they have stopped carrying the brands and item inventory choices that I prefer. If I have to “settle” I might as well pay less at WalMart. Wait in the check out lanes are about the same now too. No pharmacy (a big issue for me!) and even though the redo is gorgeous, there are so few shoppers now I wonder how long before they close. Plus, after it was sold to investors and folks lost pension money, seems to leave a bad taste in my mouth to shop there.

Sushi wise - I thought it was generally good and wanted to be okay with it since only place in town now that sells sushi but today there was hair in my sushi. A short black hair. So disgusted.
Besides that I like this store but can be very pricey so watch for sales. But 100% do not trust the sanitariness of prepared food. Also always check expiration dates; often times I see expired products here which shouldn’t be the case for the premium this store charges.
