So today was my FIRST time at this UPS location, and Jasmine helped me..She was HELPFUL, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EMPLOYEE Jasmine.. The UPS store in Patterson, CA has been a really great place for me for simple Amazon returns but most all recently I have had some urgent legal documents that had to be printed, signed and emailed and the staff there especially the 2 young ladies that have been so phenomenal in their help and patience with such a critical personal legal matter that I'm currently facing..today on August 13th, 2025 I had an issue sending critical and time sensitive documents with my phone, the owner/ manager looked at my phone to see what was happening and why it wasn't sending the documents and fixed the issue..this store's location is a 20 minute drive for me but worth it because of the excellent customer service.
