To be honest, why keep a place open when you have no regards for customers mails and employees do not want to be there! Something going to Fremont Ca ends up in Las Vegas and these employees do not know how it happened and how it will be corrected.
I have now lost $300 for a gift for my daughter's birthday that I know have to explain to her that she is not getting.

A small town post office. Very friendly staff, but the customers have grown quite rude talking on their cell phones while they're conducting business while everybody else waits. I truly wish there were a policy that prevented customers from talking on their cell phones and conducting business with the post office at the same time.

This particular location is the worst post office ever. Some of the employees, not all, have a sense of entitlement and treat this location like they own the place. They are rude and disrespectful. They only greet and speak to the people they like, other wise they will completely ignore you unless they’re forced to speak to you. They can care less if they have lost your mail or send it back because they don’t seem to know how to do their job. Apparently now they make up their own hours even though the USPS website states otherwise. I can go on and on!

We mailed party invitations and spent over $150 on stamps and majority of the 80 we mailed, didn't arrive to their designated destinations, we didn't even receive the letters back they pretty much disappeared. Very VERY upsetting a lot of family was upset to have not received their invites and we were upset they were not shipped correctly. Even though this place is going out of business they can still be thorough with their jobs. I get being laid off sucks but not performing correctly on the job impacts others. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Over $150 dollars on postage wasted, as no one got their invites. Wish we could go back in time and have this resolved. 1 star since 0 isn't possible. Do better.

Put in an order for a mail key a week ago. Come to find out the guy we told, never put the order in. Mind you we ordered the key a WEEK AGO. Do your job better.

They lost my package. It appears that since Saturday it was delivered and it is not in the mailbox, I had to go and they told me that the person who delivers on this route did put my package there. That it had possibly been stolen, because it has been happening a lot, but I had never had a problem with any package and especially from other companies. The saddest thing is that in the mail they don't give you a solution and it is very easy for them to say that maybe it was stolen. If there are supposedly a lot of thefts happening, I don't understand why they don't do anything to improve the service. They want the seller to be in charge of replacing what they lost.

Come early and you don't have to wait in line come late and you'll have to wait about 3 to 6 minutes other than that great place

I would give no stars if allowed. I have lived her many years at my current address and still receive not only previous owners mail but other peoples mail ALL the time and apparently due to their incompetence others receive my mail as well. Recently someone used credit cards that where shipped to me and went on shopping spree not sure if it someone received my mail due to incompetence or if something more nefarious is going on at the post office so beware.

Not the easiest place to get parking. Gps May take you in a way to make it hard to park. Air NE Circulo to access parking.
