I honestly wish there was more stars to give for the amazing service that Luis granted me! From the moment he answered my call to the moment he came out and changed the lock on the mailbox Luis was very pleasant and super sweet! Luis you are amazing thank you for your service and for the work you do for our community.

Come early and you don't have to wait in line come late and you'll have to wait about 3 to 6 minutes other than that great place

I would give no stars if allowed. I have lived her many years at my current address and still receive not only previous owners mail but other peoples mail ALL the time and apparently due to their incompetence others receive my mail as well. Recently someone used credit cards that where shipped to me and went on shopping spree not sure if it someone received my mail due to incompetence or if something more nefarious is going on at the post office so beware.

Not the easiest place to get parking. Gps May take you in a way to make it hard to park. Air NE Circulo to access parking.

This place has the laziest , inconsiderate, attitude always having dumbbells that I have ever seen in my life. I meant come on people your job isn't sending people to the moon!! How can you possibly work in such a small city with a entire staff that is totally lazy. Every single time that I walk into the small post office in Patterson California there are just a bunch of people in the back of the work area yapping and running off at the mouth while there is a line outside of the glass door. I have been going to this post office for over three years and I never took the time out to help them until I met birthday today. How can you possibly tell me that anything that is delivered to the post office after 9 AM in the morning it's not put into your PO Box until the following day. It would be different if this post office was busy like the Turlock post office, Tracy office, Oakland office etc. but this is a post office that has a lazy staff and makes up their own rules as the day goes by. I've had a post office at this location for three years and today Bertha decideTo ask me for identification for something that was left in my PO Box that was mailed directly to me. Who has the time to question someone about their identification who comes to the post office almost each and every day. I literally had to tell her a thing or two because she didn't know her own job. Keep in mind while I was standing in line waiting for someone to come to the front window with several other customers they were in the back Yep yapping and chitchatting and giggling when they could have sorted through the mail and put the proper pick up tag in my PO Box and I would not have had to stand in the line to deal with birther and her attitude today. You guys really need to get it together because your customer service is awful and you guys are so lazy and that's including delivering packages to someone home.

All employees are professional -If any issues just ask & they will fix it -There is usually a small line to get into main office. If you can wait come in a little later, or patiently wait in line-They open @ 8:30 am....Monday - Friday

This is The most incompetent usps I've ever used. Twice I've had to have something reshipped because my package was delivered to the wrong house and the third time I wasn't able to get a replacement which resulted in me losing $60 for an order I never received. I don't live in the outskirts of town or up in Diablo Grande. I live less than a mile away from the office located in the suburbs, like the majority of people living in Patterson, and Still they're apparently unable to read a label and deliver to the right house? There's no reason why I should have to have the same package reshipped multiple times or lose money due to their complete negligence. After the experiences I've had, I choose to spend more money on shipping just to avoid the 50/50 chance that I'll get my package or not. Absolutely unbelievable how these people are still employed, if you hate your job that much then find somewhere else to work instead of being useless.

This place sucks! I hate that this is what we have to deal with. Can someone please explain to me how my package arrives not once but twice in the city and it still has yet to make it to my door!? Maybe someone can't read English there! I don't know but this is absolutely ridiculous!

This place is a true inconvenience!!If you show up at 4:30 and wait in line and they can not get to you by 5pm ...you wasted your time and are told to come back tomorrow!I think it’s a call that the employees make on their own as I have never experienced this elsewhere. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY INCONVENIENT because every post office I’ve been to in the course of my life will close the door at closing- but still take care of the customers that have been WAITING in line in the lobby.I get that they want to go home and clock out at 5pm- but if I’m in line at 4:30 and you tell me at 5pm “Sorry we are closed and turning off the computers now- You have to come back tomorrow and sorry I don’t know what to tell you” then there is a huge problem here.What happened to the customer service aspect? The US postal service is already loosing tons of money as is, so having employees who are not committed to their jobs who will turn away PAYING customers is not helping. Please retrain employees on customer service skills IMMEDIATELY!
