My phone wasn't working and Apple tried to repair it for two days. I stopped by verizon to hopefully get a solution to my phone issues. As I am a business owner and absolutely can not go without commuting with employees and customers. When entering the business I was greeted by a confident and enjoyable Natasha. Natasha asked what she could help me with today. After i explained what little I knew, she worked through my phone issues making progress every step of the way. I left with my phone up and running with only a minimal fee of $40. If I have any cellular phone problems with my company's phones in the future, I will be requesting Natasha. Thank you Fireball!

Went in to upgrade my mother's phone and was continuously tried to be upsold to get the home internet service, by the salesperson Liz, when we clearly said no. We were then told that we we could get a google watch for free, but did not tell us that it would require a new line until i noticed it when we got home. We then canceled the new line and were told to return the device back to the store to get the $410 removed from my account. we did and have not had the amount removed. Verizon wants us to provide a tracking number for the device, but the number the store put under the tracking number on the receipt is the an IMIE number and not the tracking number.

This is the best store I ever been that has a really good customer service. Gabriel, the manager help us through all the process of having my brother phone service reconnected for free since he was disconnected due to fraud. And also help us get his phone replace through asurion.

Poor customer service, i went to the store there is a worker name Liz she was so rude with me , she don’t know how to talk with the customers and her voice was so loud she said she can’t help me go to the turlock verizon wth then why you sitting there if you cannot help the customers. I think owner should take the serious action because she don’t know how to talk my brother was with me and he got scared about her rudeness and loud voice terrible experience ??????????????????

I went into the Patterson store today to see about getting my father off prepaid and onto my plan with a brand new phone. The entire staff Gabriel, Chris, Viviana and Maggie were absolutely fantastic, they were patient and explained in detail so he could understand what was changing and what wasnt. Viviana was so kind to do all in her power to transfer his number and information to his new phone since prepaid to monthly can be tricky and she did it! They were upfront about promotions i was eligible for and the details, recommendations for devices based on performance/reviews with no pressure to simply get it and the Verizon Home Internet(which I already have and absolutely LOVE). They also mentioned my mother's phone model is about to be discontinued for service and made sure to offer everything possible to allow us an easy upgrade/transfer. After 7 years with Verizon, I haven't ever been dissatisfied when I came in the store for anything and everything and today was no different. The customer service is phenomenal! I can't wait to go back and get my new s23 that Gabriel was kind enough to order in my choice of color.

Went in to get a new phone recently and was sold devices under false information, I was helped by Margarita in store. Customer service informed me I wouldn’t get the promotions she had mentioned as she sold me the wrong device for those promos, management never got involved and I was promised a call on Monday to clear everything up. I did report the unethical sales behavior and filed complaints with ftc and a couple more agencies. I’ve been with Verizon over 10 years since they took over Qwest, I plan on closing everything after this whole experience. They need to train on properly disclosing ALL details and proper sales behavior. Avoid this location.

Horrible customer service went in this evening to look at all the iPhones with my son . There where to young ladies in there didn’t get there names one of them was very rude had an attitude so we just left .

We went in to get new iphones and Apple Watches , we were greeted and helped right away , Chris was able to help us with everything and was very kind and patient with us with all the questions we had to ask, made our day and time there easy and stress free , I liked that it’s clean and open space as my son is in a wheelchair.. Everyone was friendly and we went home with new iPhones all ready to go and ordered our new watches ! Thank you ?

Terrible customer service. Liz was very unhelpful. I didn’t have my wallet and the storefront clearly has a sign that the store accepts all forms of payment including Apple Pay so I waited until store was open to make a payment for my phone. When I walked in Liz stated they do not take Apple Pay and offered no alternatives. Was on her phone, very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately this is the only store in the area.

Terrible. They cant do their jobs. They can't help you with anything you were attempting to do online. They won't honor it. They will waste your time for 2 hours telling you to use an online app. **You also will not have service in the store if you are already a Verizon customer.** I have a family plan with 4 people on it and I cannot wait to drop you guys like a bad habit. How unbelievably difficult it is to buy 2 phones is agregious.No I will not email you.
