The young lady at the register today was very rude. She looked miserable.
When you walk into an establishment, it’s nice to be greeted. After your purchase, it’s nice to hear “thank you” “have a nice day” ect ect. Not Walgreens in Patterson ca. the young lady today didn’t say one word while checking me out. When it came time to hand me the receipt she said “here you go” .. and walked away.
When I first walked in, there was no one at the counter. She made quick eye contact and then turned a corner having me wait a good 10 minutes until she even came to the register.
Mind you it’s 9:08a, I was the only customer in the store at this time.
It’s really unprofessional at this store. A bunch of young, miserable children work here.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this store closes like cvs did. At least cvs always had great customer service.
Every time I come into this Walgreens it’s almost as if the employees have their family and friends come in, steal what they want and leave .. never do I see anyone checking out when the young ones are working. They just roam cosmetics and then walk out

if you're calling the pharmacy, be prepared to be on hold for 15-45 minutes. sometimes they just hang up on you.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I gave them over 2 hours after I left the doctors office and when I arrived my medications still weren't ready. I have a sinus infection and need my antibiotics. I don't live in town and when I asked how long she thought it would take she said, "We're really backed up." I understand that, but I also work at a pharmacy and antibiotics are always top priority as well as waiters that are in pharmacy. She told me it would be another 2 hours. It's 2 pm. I left the doctor's office this morning around 10 am and they're still not done. Maybe they shouldn't have picked up all of CVS' scripts if they can't handle the workflow. Do better Walgreens or hire more help.

This is my absolute favorite Walgreens to go to. It feels like home as soon as I enter the 2 front doors. They always have what I'm looking for and always willing to give me a helping hand. Not to mention they always have such nice and patient workers in the pharmacy section. Jasmine H. Is usually the pharmacist helping me get what I need , I highly recommend this Walgreens 10/10

Thanks for no customer service at all. Why would these people argue with me about selling mildewed food after the so-called manager Megan and Maria told me my credit for this poison should've been removed from their shelves four days before I purchased it. They also went into details that one of the employees had purchased one as well a few days before and it was completely green on the bottom of both pieces! You guys need to get it together and work on your customer service skills. You kept my money and that's fine but I'm writing your cooperate office as well!

Don't y'all think criticism mm ight not be the way to go on this. She was very helpful when we interacted and she seemed to be ( under the gun ) figure of speech everybody,but rather than criticize this hard working younger lady manager all these experts on coustomer service should be giving her pointers where there may be some minor deficiancies in managing style. She's there to help you and you all chose to tear her down shame on you'd.

We love this store. We use their pharmacy for their vaccines. Love the nurses that give the injections, very nice. The store has a large selection of items, I especially love their beauty department. Good prices when you become a member. PHelisha is especially great and helpful.

Do not use the pharmacy! Multiple prescription medications were given to the wrong person. The pharmacist took no responsibility and offered not one apology! They completely violated HIPPA and when I requested the prescription be transferred to a local, trusted pharmacy- the pharmacist told me they could not do that until this medicine was picked up. Clearly, they did not want to tell my insurance of their mistake! Again, do not go here! Go local!
