I love shopping at this Walmart. It is so clean and well stocked compared to the one in Manteca. The one in Manteca is ghetto and disgusting. To me it is worth it to travel to Patterson to shop at this Walmart.

7/3/24 Wednesday, I used the mobile pick up feature and They gave me a rotten bacon! I didn’t see it until I got home! They have the audacity to hid it under the tray of eggs I ordered so I won’t see it right away! I went back to the store to had it replaced. But the return dept is already closed! Why do they even close it while the whole store is open? This was around 8pm by the way. So anyway I told one of the associates about the situation and she said she can’t do anything about it because the return dept is not open until Monday??! So I asked for a manager. She paged the manager but I waited for like 5minutes and no manager came! The associate approached me again and she said the manager already went home! So I asked who’s the next in charge and she said there’s nobody at the moment?!! What kind of store doesn’t have anybody in charge???!! She texted the manager the picture of the rotten bacon and that’s the only time they allowed me to get a replacement!

Why I have a person at the customer service desk if she can’t do anything all she can do is returns. She can’t help with paying a bill. She can’t help with adding funds to your card. She literally cannot do anything. Why have her at the customer service desk why not just have her go home or sit at the entrance and harass people to look at their receipts

Worst experience, none busy store and I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up to get a fishing license. Avoid this place. Walmart has gone down hill. They don't care about customer service and everything is locked up you have to wait for someone to open. I rather stay at home and shop l. I feel this is what they want!!! Anyone Home ??? Hello??? MCfly???

Very clean. The staff are kool and very helpful . great prices the items are even better. What's even better is they have security guards driving around the parking lot

Crowded and busy store. Some of the things are priced nice, and others are high. No staff around to help.
I come here for the eye doctor, and they're pretty good. Only open on Thursdays, though, which is really inconvenient. This makes them very crowded, and there's always a wait.
