I deposited $1500 for my house payment and only 900 was going to go through therefore I declined it and only 900 came back. I talked to the bank did a whole claim and basically they told me I was out of $600. It's so unfortunate that I can't trust these ATMs to give me or put all my money in.

I have never used a bank before opening an account with this wells fargo. I believed my money was safest under my mattress but boy was i dead wrong! I lost my life savings when my younger daughter decided to steal it all and run away with a man in his late 70s. Now with the help of this friendly staff, my new life savings of $37.25 is now safe and i can rest easy knowing the staff will take care of my money with great pride. Thank you Wells Fargo

Absolutely poor customer service for such a beautiful town. Three tellers that were all at their service desk looked at me and continued setting up their morning tasks. Sadly I waited for 5 additional minutes then one teller got off her chair walked out and that's when I had to initiate my question. Then left.

Don't go here if you want to keep your money safe. After a family friend went to change a large sum of bills, she discovered they actually withdrew it from her account instead . The supervisor who was there at the time gave us the runaround just told us to call customer service who gave us the runaround. Fraud department told us this branch is responsible, and we're escalating it.

I called this bank since early September to try to make an appointment to open an account for my minor teenage daughter. Why Wells Fargo? My husband and I have been Wells Fargo customers since the beginning of time. It would be more convenient for our daughter to have an account with Wells Fargo for transfers and so on. Each time I called this branch, it took several phone calls for anyone to pick up. And the person answering the phone was always very rude saying they’re short of bankers and appts are all booked up, just try again in case there are any cancellations without further options given.I tried again and again per recommendation and today was the final straw. The woman answering the phone simply said, “We don’t have bankers today.” Click! No other advice or options given.Instead, we will be walking into the Wells Fargo Safeway Branch in Livermore. Made a same day appt with a banker to do what needs to finally be done. Thank goodness for their cordial customer service and better availability though there are only 2 branches in Livermore to serve close to 100,000 people.I am utterly disappointed with this Wells Fargo. It’s no wonder I have utilized other branches out of town. This was a great reminder of why.

Horrible branch and bank. I banked with WF for over 20 years. Now I bank with USAA as a member of the military community and came into this branch to switch some cash for cash. I was turned away and told they could not exchange around $700 worth of smaller bills for bigger bills. So now I'm mad. I'm going inside now to open an account, make the exchange, and then close the account. (A way bigger hassle for this branch than just helping out a military wife.) Bravo, Wells Fargo. You call yourselves an American company. SMH.

The only reason for the 1 star is for the tellers at the window. They are always nice. Worst ATM machines at any bank I have ever been to. They are always broke. And this has been happening for years now and they're just getting worse. And for someone that just needs to put business checks in 3-4 times a week. It is a huge inconvenience and takes a lot more time. Go to another bank if you want working ATM machines.
