Tonya the owner is VERY organized and communicative. Her day spa also has dog sitting at a beautiful home in Carmel. She worked really hard to accommodate us as we needed some flexibility in our schedule. Decker (boarder Collie) our dog came back to us very happy. I would recommend 100% and use again for use.
