Absolutely outstanding! Friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable. State-of-the-art technology with down home compassion and understanding. Without question, “Dr.Don” is an incredibly talented optometrist and takes the time to explain. Simply. And he’s not a bad storyteller / listener either. The very best. Period.

It is evident that Dr. Beilstein loves what he does! Every year for my check up, I manage to come with a new question about my eyes or eyes in general and he is always happy and maybe even a little excited to answer my questions, chat with me and educate me. My kids come here for their annual eye exams too. My kids are 13 and 7! The staff are so kind and patient. Sometimes my kids can get excited by all the options of glasses and I never feel as if we are an annoyance. I don't ever want to go to anyone else. They also have a fabulous selection of glasses! It's amazing. Nothing boring here. We love everyone and everything about this office.

This is my second year going to Dr.Beilstein, the staff are friendly and very professional as is the Dr. I had a pair of glasses, I purchased last year, that needed repair,( my puppies almost destroyed them),they got my glasses repaired free of charge. The glasses were still under warranty, but I didn't have to do anything they took care of it. Great service,.

I received good care from Dr. Beilstein’s office until I had problems with my frames. Suffice it to say, the office manager was the most devisive, rude, abusive, unhelpful service person I have EVER experienced. The first time I had a problem with my frames and took them in, I took the unhelpful remarks as her having a bad day and let it go. The second time I had problems with a different frame (the lens kept popping out, the paint was chipping, the arm fell off) she started the conversation by saying “Those glasses are for people who can’t afford anything better.” The second comment was “I don’t know what you’re doing to these glasses.” “We’ve never had anybody else complain” and “I’d like to invite you to buy your glasses elsewhere”. When I protested her poor treatment she went back to Dr. Beilstein, told him I was out of line and being abusive and darn if he didn’t come out defending her shenanigans. I’ll never go back.
