“I like how easy it is to make an appointment, change it, and the reminder texts. The check in process is easy, too, done via the phone when I arrive. The staff is friendly, efficient. I arrived on time and waited only 5 minutes to have my blood drawn. In the short time I was being seen, I had a nice conversation with the staff person.”
