I like how easy it is to make an appointment, change it, and the reminder texts. The check in process is easy, too, done via the phone when I arrive. The staff is friendly, efficient. I was late for my appointment, but the staff accommodated me per their usual professionalism. I'm completely satisfied with how easy it is for me to get routine tests done at the Penn Valley Quest office. Keep up the good work.

Easy registration and check in, appt time was almost kept to the minute. Woman who drew my blood was careful and did a great job. I barely see where the needle poked me!
