I like how easy it is to make an appointment, change it, and the reminder texts. The check in process is easy, too, done via the phone when I arrive. The staff is friendly, efficient. I arrived on time and waited only 5 minutes to have my blood drawn. In the short time I was being seen, I had a nice conversation with the staff person.

Easy registration and check in, appt time was almost kept to the minute. Woman who drew my blood was careful and did a great job. I barely see where the needle poked me!

The location was close, within less than 15 minutes from my home. We are in a rural area, so this was convenient. Checking in was ok, but kind of odd on the computer but somehow it worked even though it sort of didn't make sense. I waited maybe 5 minutes and chatted with other patients and then was called in. I was apprehensive since my blood is hard to draw unless I am super hyper hydrated and I told the tech so and started a conversation due to anxiety issues and she was very nice to me and conversational. The needle stick did not hurt whatsoever and she got all the blood she needed and was fun to talk to. I left feeling happy and in a good place. I had put off that blood draw for 8 months and am glad it went well and is over with and eded on a good note!

I know a few years ago you had numerous complaints BUT they are excellent and run like a well oiled machine!!! I scheduled my appt on line and rec'd a text confirming it. I rec'd a text about 15 minutes prior to arriving to hit a link to log in. That was so smooth. I walked in and waited probably 1 minute before I was called in. They are always so welcoming and excellent.
