Went for coffee like I do most mornings. It's 8:15 and I need my coffee fix. First thing I see is an empty pot and woman fiddling with something to my right. Can't believe there's no fresh coffee this time of day. Guess I'll get the cappuccino. Better than nothing. Then I see the cup holders are empty....when I say to the woman on my right "no cups?" She snaps "on the side!" I look and all I see is lids...she repeats"on the side!" When I fail to see the 4 small cups she had put in the lid holder between 2 stacks of lids she pulls them out and SLAMS them on the counter and yells "There CUPS!". She is now glaring at me like she probably glares at her kids when they get in trouble.I say nevermind, go to walk out....she yells up at me GOOD! Never been treated like that before and won't do it again. Her name is Joy...how ironic. She should be fired. Lost me as a patron.

I go into the Shell station ask if they have diesel they do pump number five I asked I told the lady all I'm on the wrong pump so I'll walk the can over there and I said can I get $25 and number five she says well you're going to have to pull over there well I don't want to come back in the store a second time I just want to prepay 25 on it fill my gas can and leave is it that hard lady maybe these people should find some people with good customer service instead of people that aren't that bright I'll never go there again.

Lovingly referred to by locals as The Taco Shell. You can get gas, snacks, drinks and hit the Taco Bell inside, as well. The Taco Bell has a drive thru. The station is conveniently located .1 miles off of Hwy 20.

I go to this shell gas station a lot and normally all of the workers are really nice Taco Bell workers are great but one female employee working at the shell part was very disrespectful and rude to me gave me an attitude because I was waiting for my ride yes I was there for an hour which is a bit much but she came up to me and told me I need to figure out a ride and leave in 10-15 minutes (my ride was 45 minutes away) and had to speed just so I could meet the needs of this pushy impatient worker I wouldn’t have a problem with it but the way she told me it was very rude I wouldn’t have minded if she tried being nice about it I would’ve went up to her and been disrespectful back but I actually have a soul and care about how others feel or what they’re going thru and I know how to be nice and caring and respectful so instead I’m writing a complaint sadly I didn’t get her name though

been here over a year and most of the staff is young and helpful and never had a problem. for some reason though, the new middle aged lady with brown/blonde hair probably 155 lbs has a problem with me for some reason. always super rude and acts miserable because im a paying customer and she has to do a job. i guess i cant blame her cause she works as a gas station clerk at 40yo but thats why you stay in school! won't be returning here any longer.

Someone tell me how to contact the manager of this store to let him know that the woman who works there who has no teeth in front of her expresses herself very badly about the arborists who make consumption of racist comments, they should talk to her and teach her to respect others ??

Gas station and Taco Bell combo right off the highway. Good selection of snacks and drinks . Friendly helpful staff . The taco bell part not as great but decent if ya need something quick.

Pathetic excuse of a taco bell. I had an order of 5 items...nothing special on any of them. 3 of them made incorrectly. I called to inform them. They said to return... And they'll correct the error. I return. Wait forever! They give me the bag. I drive off. They only gave me 2. Its sad they are that inept. Truly sad. I return and explain the 2nd error. The entire interaction was so rude. Dont waste your time. Drive elsewhere.

Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then got my order and it was wrong terrible terrible service. My taco supreme was a taco show with meat and cheese. But at least they gave me 15 bags of hot sauce.
