This post office gives USPS a bad name. I had a package scanned at this location and it sat for a whole week with no movement. When I finally received my package, the box was ripped opened, retapped, and Saran wrapped. 8 items were missing out of 15 items that was ordered and shipped by the seller. The audacity of this location to place a note stating the package was shipped in that condition as it was reported by Sacramento office when my package never went through or was scanned by Sacramento office. Shame on whoever stole my items. I will be opening a dispute claim for sure.

Today, 2/3/2024, I received a notice they missed while I was out. I have been home all day, waiting for this document so I could sign it and return it today. It was mailed overnight! My mail carrier did not attempt to deliver my document. I amreally annoyed! The carrieralso delivers someone else's mail to my address at least 3 times a week. Went here to return a shipment. The new employee Prince was fantastic and wanted to learn. The other older lady interrupted only to lecture me that I was "not prepared". She continued to be dismissive and call other customers to the counter while ignoring me at the counter already. She then attempted to tell me it needed a customs envelope and grabbed one and walked away again. It's shipping domestic, no customs needed. If you choose to come here then I'd suggest waiting for one of the kind gentleman that is happy to help. Also if you have a large package delivered they will sit on them in the back and not say anything until you ask about it.

It is not the post office, it is the newest mail lady that has been hired. She is is soooo slow in my hilly neighborhood and does not put the right mail in my flippen mailbox. Ever since she has been hired, my packages(which are very inportant) have been delayed she leaves my stuff on the side of the dirt. Please do something about this. I have trust issues with this women.

Been waiting for my packages for two weeks, love the hours they have 9am to 4pm, how are people supposed to work and get there packages with those hours? And there not even open Saturdays for a couple hours, really disappointed at are government mail works lazy people. Wish I could give half a star, oh ya they will not re delivery your packages they want you to come pick them up with today's gas prices more money I have to spend on top of the stuff I bought.

I love the people who work here! They are always so friendly and helpful especially Sam. I come frequently to pick up packages and have had my PO Box here for 2 years. Never have I had any issues with them losing my packages, not being kind and generous with their time. Thanks everyone for all your hard work!

Won’t even deliver a package if the ground has the tiniest bit of water on it. Worst Usps drivers. They are so lazy and just drive around and say delivery attempted and then make people wait a week for the maybe try and deliver it again. They are ridiculous

This has been the place for me to walk to almost daily for years until I moved to Germany, and I miss all the efficient and friendly staff who have become more than just clerks handling my mail. This is a place of community, where I meet friends in line, have a little chat, take a welcome break from my desk work. And if I have the time, I take a walk in the lovely Gateway Park right nearby, along Squirrel Creek, which is nice in every season.
