“I love this place! I was fortunate enough to receive a gift certificate from my son. The butchers are super friendly and their meats are fantastic. I bought a variety of lamb chops, sausages, marinated Korean short ribs and smoked pork chops. Everything I tried was delicious! I’m going back to sample more of their offerings. I have my eye on their bulgogi and their carne al pastor.”

“Purchased a 50lb whole pig from Angelo's and it was INCREDIBLE! I added the extra injection brine for only $25 and they even lent me a cooler to transport the pig. I called about 2 weeks ahead of time and they were incredibly responsive, when I arrived to pick up the pig they helped me to my car and explained everything to me. The store is cozy and has a real old school ambiance. I recommend Angelo's whole heartedly and am already looking for an excuse to host another pig roast.”
“My first time there, carnitas are bomb. Chicharron's texture was super crunchy, very salty tho, however I made it in salsa verde without any more salt, and it was delicious. I will be back hoping the chicharron is not too salty anymore.”
“This place is new for me, I like it but if they don't want to store a lot of meat in their refrigerator, I think they should only put it in for the day so that the meat doesn't change color and well, as we already know, that happens when it lasts more than a day. or two, as for what follows, everything is fine”
“Free tours at 11am on saturdays and sundays. The store has fresh eggs and pasture raised meat. If you are a farm member you can walk around for free anytime or go catch and release fishing in the lake.”

“Willie Bird is a turkey lovers dream. We were in Sonoma for the wine & came across Willie Bird. Turkey drums & wings are a staple in my home. They make a tender well seasoned drumstick. The surrounding are pleasant & service along with prices are great.”

The price was reasonable and I was happy with the processing and packaging of the venison. I would highly recommend this business. When I'm lucky enough to get another buck I'll definitely go back to Bud's.”
