“Astrid & Bruce are very kind and helpful people. The other staff I don't know the names of, but they've never given me a problem, and I would say they've also been generally helpful. I don't know what peoples problems are with the staff at this location, it seems like as long as you are nice to them, they are nice to you. Treat them as you'd want them to treat you, and don't feel so entitled.”

“The Glen Ellen post office and its staff are a great benefit to those of us who live here. I have been there easily 250+ times over the past 10 years, and used most services eg packages of all sizes, delivery times from urgent to not, packing help needed or not, domestic and international. The staff is polite, friendly (and knows locals' first names), and knowledgeable. They also care about your money: if there is a particular type of envelope for overnight or other expedited service that will get it there at roughly the same time as a different one sized the same, they let you know before you commit to the more costly one because you were not aware. You are a person to them, not a transaction. The facility is clean. Closing time, to them, means you can walk in the door at precisely that time and they take care of you; no "that would take 10 minutes and we are now closed." We keep a p.o. box there, and they have a terrific and very easy system to get your packages if over-sized and unable to fit in your box: with no assistance needed, so can do by yourself on weekends as well, speedily. Lots of parking in a dedicated lot right there. And an outdoor drive-through mailbox: you pull your car up, open your driver's side window, drop whatever you are mailing into the secure box, then be on your way without having even exited the car. I almost never post reviews. But when I saw this rating I was taken aback. It very simply does not reflect whatsoever how people around here feel, in fact the it's opposite. Every post office should operate like this one does, and we are lucky to have it.”

The crew from the past year or more is outstanding. I was there again today - I am always treated in a kind, friendly & efficient manner. It was sadly quite different years ago with mostly female crew. Every trip in past year has been a very positive experience. All staff are great. Today it was Richard.”

“Honestly I find this to be the friendliest staff of all of the post offices in Santa Rosa. In my experience the staff has gone above and beyond to assist me with my reselling business and learning the ropes of the USPS shipping machine. While most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been kind and conversational, a special shout out to the Asian-American woman with long hair (sorry, she doesn’t wear a name tag) who has been especially helpful with various challenges that I’ve encountered! Also this is the only location with a machine and that’s open on Saturdays. So I find myself driving a bit farther to utilize this location.”
