“My family was stranded off the freeway in Santa Rosa. It was a hot day and the traffic was frightening. My panic set in but I knew we had to get out of there asap. I called Frank's towing and he was there in 20 minutes! I was overjoyed to see him. He was kind, understanding, and quick to get us to safety. I will use and recommend him to everyone I know. “After filling YP my car, it wouldn't start. Called my insurance roadside and they dispatched Performance Auto and he was there in about 40 minutes. Got my car started, but I still wanted to bring it to the Subaru dealership to make sure everything was ok. The tow truck driver ( forgot his name) was amazing. Followed me all the way to dealership in case I broke down and made sure I made it . Thank you. Amazing service. 10 stars wouldn't be enough.”

Reggie came out and told us what we needed to do to clear access for the tow away. We requested that he be the one who does the tow and set it up. Both guys were easy and great to work with.
