One of the men there sold me the wrong box of ammo, even though he was aware of the ammo I was looking for. I didn't even realize until I left the store, but when I realized in the car and went back in, the guy told me they couldn't refund me. Literally just bought the gun. Won't be going back there. Now I'm stuck with ammo I can't use.

This group of guys just does not care. Guns aren’t for everybody, neither is selling them. Just a bunch of know it alls that couldn’t give you the time of day. I recommend West Coast Firearms in Temecula over this dump. It’s an inconvenience for everyone at ammo bros when you walk in through that door.

My wife and I are both new to the gun world and we’ve only ever been to this store. Both times the customer service has been exceptional. These folks have a lot of knowledge and are humble and kind enough to share it with their customers. I’d give you 10 stars if google would let me.

Well I'm finally done trying with this place. I took my business somewhere else and will do so from now on. Was looking to buy over $700 dollars of ammo today, called for a stock check. Couldn't hear the employee because he is standing by people having a very loud conversation. Don't worry he can't hear me either because he keeps asking me to repeat myself. He never leaves the area or asks them to quiet down. I ask about the first item I was looking for, he totally blows me off. I'm so happy I went online and had my ammo transferred in from somewhere else. I will have to wait a bit and do the ffl transfer but saved over $150 which was spent on more ammo. I try to buy local but after 5 years of trying with you folks, the free market has spoken,Goodbye

First I need to say that this store is very neat, clean & well organized. Second as soon I walked in everyone was very welcoming.. Third all sales reps where very helpful with good humor & high spirits. Definitely a good environment and experience!
