Just left here 8:03pm 11/10/2024 what is up with this cashiers attitude? Doesn't even greet customers even when they greet him. Plus the bathroom looks horrible! 😕

Bathrooms are gross with most things out of order. This place gives off very trashy 90s truck stop vibes. For the trucks paying $20 "cash only" a night to park here, there should at least be trash cans in the vicinity for them to use.
The people were friendly and the grounds were clean.

Waze took me off the beaten path to get home, which means it was helping avoid massive traffic or an accident. I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind checking out some of the backroads I've never been on before. It's always an adventure. This led to me this AMPM because I wanted a cherry slushie. Call me weird, but it's my drink of choice while traveling when it's hot outside. I pulled in and found parking to be easy. I thought about getting gas, but I was fine. Walking inside, I saw a pretty good line. I decided I was also hungry and usually like AMPM's hot food. However, this Sunday afternoon didn't look good. They were either out of a lot of items or just didn't make them that day. Also, there's entire fountain soda machine was out of order. Luckily, I wasn't in the mood for a soda, but I was still hungry and didn't want sweets. I got my slushie and went to wait in the line for the cashier. There was a sign that said where the line starts, but people were still confused and standing in random places. One guy appeared to cut in the line, but was actually paying for gas in advance, so I guess that's OK. I did grab a cold turkey sub to help satisfy my need for a little protein. The good news is the line actually moved pretty fast. The cashier was extremely friendly and efficient. Getting back to my car, opening the turkey sandwich was a bit of challenge as the plastic just came off around the edges. I eventually just took my car key and jammed it in there to break the seal. I did thoroughly enjoy the cherry slushie though!

If your a truck driver. Only go here if your desperate. Expect to be scammed and harrassed for parking (20 bucks)and bathrooms to be out of order.

I have come here several times and called because I can't walk and needed help getting gas. They have always been very nice and accommodating. Thank you so much for making life a lil easier!!! ❤️

I usually stop here used to be great then they started closing the bathroom and it doesn't open till six in the morning what are we supposed to do as truck driver so you still want my money? But can't use the restroom? I won't be back

Great truck stop that's quiet and clean. It offers truck wash and it's a paid parking. However, why I give it three starts is because there are no showers, the restroom closes at nights and there are limited parking presently 4/1/22

Just came in to fill my tank. I paid at the pump where it asked me if I would like a carwash, which I did. So I paid for a carwash at the pump and come to find out, the carwash is out of service. The cashier told me to hang on to my receipt is good for 99 days. SO IF YOU NEED A CARWASH FROM AMPM AT 23261 CAJALCO. Their carwash is out of service. AND THE CASHIER WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
